We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Rocky Ranch Pet is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers,
weather, or other external factors beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30
days of receiving your order, as outlined in our Return Policy. Products must be unused and
in original packaging.
We reserve the right to decline a return that does not meet our policy terms.
6. Wholesale Accounts
Rocky Ranch Pet offers wholesale opportunities to professional groomers, pet boutiques,
and resellers. To apply, visit our Wholesale Partner Program page and submit the required
information.
By opening a wholesale account, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in our Wholesale
Agreement. We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or terminate wholesale accounts at
our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including logos, product names, descriptions, images, videos, and
designs—is the property of Rocky Ranch Pet or its content providers and is protected by
intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without our prior
